  • How can I get in contact with a member or your team?
    Feel free to email us at hello@aubreytaylor.co. You will receive a response in 24 - 72 business hours.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You will be notified (via email) every step of the way. When your order is received, shipped and delivered. You will also receive a tracking number for your order as well.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately, once you've placed your order no cancellations or changes can be made.
  • What forms of payment do you accept at aubreytaylor.co?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    We use secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
  • How is tax calculated?
    Via state laws.
  • What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged or defective?
    Please contact us within 14 days at hello@aubreytaylor.co.
  • What is the return policy?
    At this time we only accept returns & exchanges for products that have been damaged during transit.
  • What are your handbags made of?
    Our handbags are light-weight and are designed for you to carry with ease. They are made with arrow shafts of natural parma, and are designed to be carried for special occassions, date nights, etc. In other words, our handbags are NOT your every day handbag so take good care of them.
  • How much will shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping on all purchases.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Every handbag at Aubrey Taylor is "handmade-to-order". This means no handbag is the same—and to ensure a quality one-of-a-kind product, please allow up to 14 business days for your handbag to be made, and another 3 - 7 business days for it to be delivered.
