Each of our handbags are made to order, and with love. This means no bag will ever be the same (or as pictured); a true one-of-a-kind.
Our handbags are light-weight and are designed for you to carry with ease. They are made with arrow shafts of natural parma, and are designed to be carried for special occassions, date nights, etc. In other words, our handbags are NOT your every day handbag so take good care of them.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aubrey Taylor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Aubrey Taylor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
